The Tenants' Handbook provides useful and practical advice on your tenancy with Radius. It provides information from the time you move into your Radius home until you leave and covers all areas in relation to managing and maintaining your tenancy. Useful information includes rent and methods of payment. It covers how to report repairs, what Radius is responsible for and what is tenant responsibility.
