Radius has been selected by Belfast City Council as their preferred delivery partner for the social housing element of the Gasworks Northern Fringe Masterplan on lands adjacent to Stewart Street and Raphael Street, Belfast, and linking through to the existing Gasworks site.

The Gasworks Northern Fringe remains the only undeveloped section of the Gasworks area and represents the final opportunity to deliver meaningful regeneration in the area.

Three portions of the masterplan site are intended to include social housing; Site A, Site D and the NIE site.Sites A and D are mixed use sites with social housing forming only part of the development.The NIE site is intended to be only social housing.BCC is intending to deliver the non-social housing elements of the masterplan through development briefs to include offices, retail, tourism and leisure uses.
